[eiffel_software] Digest Number 3953

I suspected when this was happening in C2Eif that the root cause was having
many Results cached for the various objects which all had the same actual
Result value. In my case it was a type_binding field which had very few
values for very many objects ... maybe a hash collision?

I've been hit by this this week (ES 15.01).
I see that two years ago Manu advised to use hand-crafted once-per-object
